We give cancellation and refund policies to clients because we want to build long-lasting connections with them. You can discontinue a service by sending an email to info@designationwebsites.com.
Refund Policy
We do all in our power to assure total client happiness, but in the unlikely event that any client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can offer a refund. All refunds will take around 14 working days to process, and they will be made to the same account that was used to make the transaction (or, in the event of a payment gateway, to the same Bank account).
Terms And Conditions
- If and only if the project has not been started by the programmer, designer, content writer, or any other staff member, a full refund may be requested within the first 15 days following the date of order.
- Domain registrations, SMTP servers, dedicated hosting, bulk email and SMS services, website design, and SSL certificates are not subject to refunds.
- You are only qualified for a refund once. You won't be eligible for a refund if you've already asked for or received one.
- There are no refunds for domain name registration, transfer, or any other domain-related services. Once you've paid for your domain name, you own it; it cannot be "returned" until the domain's expiration date.
- The refund policies of Designation Websites are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
- The money you spent on your marketing campaign, including PPC, Google Adwords, and Social Media Campaign, is not refundable.
- If a client presents a good justification for a bad service, you may be eligible for a partial reimbursement for our SEO Services.
- In the event that your website has been finished and uploaded to the server, there will be no refunds given. However, before the job is finished, you can request a partial refund.
